Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging with all protective coverings

Note on Final Sale Items: Due to the delicate nature of certain pieces, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order lehengas
  • Personalized embroidery pieces
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return your cultural fashion piece:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use the original packaging if possible, including all protective garment bags
  4. Ship Back – Send your return to our Jacksonville atelier using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend:

  • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking ($7-$15)
  • International Customers: DHL or FedEx International Economy

For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International refunds may take 7-10 additional days to appear in your account due to bank processing times.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item (style, size, color)
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artisanal piece arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement
